• Dogs that have shown signs of aggression won’t be approved. Registrations are subject to approval by a dog park board member.

• Owners will pay extra attention to un-neutered dogs.

• Members will follow the rules and guidelines of the dog park. Your membership can be revoked if you and your dog do not adhere to park rules or your dog does not behave in a safe manner.

• Town of Kingston, the Parks and Recreation Department, and the Live Free and Run Dog Park are not liable for any injury or damage caused by any dog or user of the Dog Park. Use of the park is at your own risk and you assume full legal and financial responsibility for yourself and your dog(s).
